Primal Retreat now offer Weekend Fitness Primal Boot Camps in Suffolk – only 1.5 hours by train from London. Arrive 4pm on a Friday and leave at 4pm on a Sunday.  Our weekend courses are for those who are not able to take a week away from work or from family commitments. The course is for anyone who wants to either kick start weight loss, increase fitness level, improve strength, stamina and overall health.

Our fitness training includes a mixture of the following: Walking, primal fitness, boxing fitness, strength training & yoga. Suitable for all fitness abilities and we welcome anyone to join in. Meals are based on the Paleo diet which is centered around whole fresh foods such as fish, meat, eggs, vegetables and salads.

The price includes 4 star accommodation, all meals &, fitness training. We also offer a free pick up service from the nearest train station.
