In Cambridge today, it has been cold, snowy and windy but it didn’t stop Stuart from going outside and¬†practicing some natural movement. Here are some photo’s to show some simple moves you can do using minimal equipment and your own body weight. A great way to get your body burning fat and have some fun at the same time.
