Paleo Pizza Recipe

A Paleo pizza made with a cauliflower crust. A great way to have a pizza and avoid eating grains.

Ingredients for the base:

  • 1 Large Cauliflower
  • 2 Whole Free Range Eggs
  • 100g of Cheese (More for toppings) Optional
  • Sprinkle of Dried Parsley
  • Sprinkle of Dried Oregano

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic – finely sliced

Cooking the base:

1. Preheat oven to 230°

3. Blend cauliflower in blender until consistency of rice then add to mixing bowl

3. Add eggs, parsley, oregano and cheese

4. Mix together then transfer to a greased baking tray, lightly flattening until looking like a round base

5. Cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes

Sauce:

6. Add all ingredients for sauce into blender and blend, Can store in fridge for a week or so.

Toppings:

7. Put thin amount of sauce onto base, sprinkle lightly with cheese then add ingredients of choice

8. Top off with another light coating of cheese then cook in oven for another 8 to 10 minutes
