Matthew McConaughey eats a Paleo Diet to maintain low body fat levels. He also practices Intermittent Fasting (periods of not eating) as an effective way to burn fat and maintain a lean physique. Conventional wisdom says we should be eating 6-8 meals a day but McConaughey says that doesn’t make sense. He certainly looks extremely well and healthy.
Matthew McConaughey is 43 years old and looks young, toned, muscular and fit. He believes that heavy weight training is important in developing a good solid foundation. He also thinks we should be doing less gym sessions and more “fun” activities in our daily routine to stay in shape.
McConaughey keeps a healthy lifestyle and enjoys activities such as:
