Asian Lamb’s Heart Stir Fry

Asian Lambs Heart Paleo Recipe

A great quick recipe that takes only 20 minutes.

Serving 2 People


Butter for cooking
200g lamb’s heart
2 medium courgette, sliced
3 slices of ginger
1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely diced
Juice of 2 limes
Fresh cayenne pepper to taste


  1. Cut your heart into bite sized cubes. Heat the oil in your wok on a high heat and stir fry the lamb’s heart for 10 minutes or until nearly cooked.
  2. Remove the lamb’s heart from the wok and set aside.
  3. Reheat the wok and stir fry the courgette slices with more butter for 3 minutes. Add the ginger, chilli, lime juice and cayenne pepper then return the lamb’s heart cubes to the wok.
  4. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes to blend all the flavours together.

Serve with a slice of lime.
