Personal Time
It’s important to have your own personal time when it comes to weight loss and health. Whether it’s reading a book, going for a walk, meditating or having a nap. Take at least 15-20 mins a day to do something you want to do on your own. It will help you to re-energise and de-stress which is vital when it comes to weight loss.
I believe that we can all benefit from a bit of solitude to re-charge our cells and bring our best self to others and our daily lives. When we have time for ourselves, we can restore and bring our hormonal and emotional selves back to a healthy level. When we feel restful and relaxed, we can make better choices about what and how much we eat.

- Plan and set aside time for yourself.
