Our Residential Primal Retreats are open to all fitness levels & abilities. Enjoy exciting exercise routines, plenty of rest, and a healthy Paleo menu. We don’t starve or over exercise you.

Typically participants on our 5 Night or 7 Night retreats lose up to 3kg (6.6lbs) and up to 3 inches off their waist. You can expect to improve your fitness, and become more motivated & energised.
You are not a number!
Some boot camps treat you like a number on a production line. They scream at you, over exercise and under feed you. Our Primal Retreat is different. We take a maximum of 6 participants per retreat giving everyone the personal attention they need.
Natural & fun exercise
Every morning starts with a long country side for 1 – 2 hours. This is a great way to start the day, warming up the body up in a gentle way, and working up a great appetite for breakfast.
After breakfast and a short break we move onto the circuit based fitness. This will vary between boxing fitness, natural movement, & circuits training. Parts of the training will be intense such as tabata training or boxing rounds, others less intense, but challenging, such as natural movement training. Mostly this training is outdoors, even in light rain.
After lunch we finish every day with a yoga session. Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga on our retreat is a dynamic and challenging type of yoga. It builds heat in the body, stretches & lengthens the muscles, and brings some peace and calmness into the body. Prepare to sweat.
Delicious Paleo Nutrition
We are a paleo retreat / paleo boot camp. Therefore, as expected, our menu is based on the Paleo diet (should be called the Paleo Lifestyle). We don’t calorie count or restrict, and we don’t starve our clients. Foods are extremely nutritious, healthy and tasty. It’s simple wholesome food that should leave you full with a feeling of satisfaction & wellbeing.
Expect a mix of wild caught fish, seafood, fresh meats, chicken, fresh vegetables, fresh salad, eggs. A little dairy is available and optional. We cook with traditional oils & fats. Please ask us about allergies or special dietary requirements. ** Note: We do not follow a low fat menu (They don’t work for most people).
Foods we don’t serve: processed foods, sugar, grains (e.g. wheat, rice), legumes (e.g. beans), soy, processed vegetable oils, fruit juice, sweeteners.
Although tubers (e.g. potatoes) and fruit are acceptable on a Paleo or Primal Diet, we don’t serve them on our weekend or 5 night retreats (to maximise weight loss). We serve a little fruit midway through our 7 nights retreats.

Prices are per person based on two people sharing a twin room. Don’t worry if you want to come alone, we will place you in a room with another person of the same gender. Our weekend venues are in South Cambridgeshire (1 hour from London), and our 5 Night & 7 Night Retreats are located in Suffolk (1.5 hours from London).
Each venue has been carefully selected so you can enjoy the peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All locations are easily accessible from all parts of the country, have ample parking, and are near main train stations.
A free local pick up and return can be arranged from the nearest train station upon agreement with us. Please contact us for details.

You will be part of a small group which means you will receive a very personalised approach and get adequate attention from your trainers.
There will also be some time allocated daily for rest and relaxation, which is an important part of the fat loss process. You will find our retreats are more like a series of sprints rather than a marathon.
