Looking for a healthy fitness break away alone or with friends / partner? You can stay at Primal Retreat and know that you can enjoy healthy and nutritious Paleo meals whilst also boosting your fitness level with Personal Fitness Training. This package is ideal for those that have specific dates in mind and want a bit more time to enjoy on their own or with their own friends. You will also have time to explore a little bit more of the beautiful Suffolk countryside. We are happy to give you details of lovely walks or interesting areas to explore. Otherwise, feel free to spend your down time relaxing – watching TV, reading (lots of books to borrow), spend time relaxing in our garden, lounge or conservatory.

  • You can choose what day you want to start and finish (depending on availability)
  • You can choose how many days you want to stay
  • Smaller group sizes. It might be only you, or up to a maximum of 6. This means more personalised attention

We can in some instances make changes to our default menu, for example, if you are a vegetarian, or you want a higher carbohydrate menu. However, these need to be agreed with us prior to booking. If you are unsure, please see our nutrition link and contact us.
